Tasha Bibby
Tasha is a Trainee Legal Executive who has worked in law since 2008 and is currently completing her Level 6 Diploma in Law and Practice. She is working towards becoming a Chartered Legal Executive in our Court of Protection Team and is based at our Portsmouth Office.
Tasha can advise on:
- Property & Finance Deputyship Applications – making applications to the court to appoint someone to manage a person’s property and financial affairs.
- Deferred Payment Agreements – agreements drawn up by local authorities when they fund a person’s care whilst authority to access a person’s assets is awaited.
- Deprivation of Liberty Applications - where a person without capacity is placed somewhere to live and they object this.
- Care Fees – general advice in relation to care fees, financial assessments and alternative funding of care.Did you Know:

Outside of the office, Tasha enjoys spending time outdoors on hikes, playing tennis and visiting new places on photography walks.
