Sam French
Sam has worked in the property sector of the legal profession for over 20 years. Sam is primarily based at our Port Solent office.
Having come up through the ranks in a traditional legal practice, starting as an office junior, Sam’s training has been hands-on. Sam was trained by one of the top property lawyers in the South. She has progressed to a Conveyancing Executive with a loyal following of clients and regular referrers.
You will receive an excellent level of service, expertise, and knowledge which Sam delivers in a friendly and approachable way. The service provided is tailored to you as an individual, and Sam will keep you updated throughout the conveyancing process.
Sam can advise on:
- Sales of residential property and land – including high-value flats, garden land, and probate sales.
- Purchases of residential property – including new build properties as well as complex unregistered titles.
- Staircasing of shared ownership properties – staircasing is the process of buying more shares in your home after you become a shared owner.
- Remortgages and transfers of equity – this includes reporting on mortgage offers, redeeming existing mortgages, drawing down the mortgage funds, registering the new mortgage against the property at the Land Registry, and/or transferring the property into the required names if a transfer of equity.
