Phoebe Holloway

Phoebe is a Trainee Solicitor in our Court of Protection Department and is based in the North End office. She joined Biscoes in 2022 as our Costings Clerk and accepted a Trainee Solicitor role in 2023.

Phoebe can advise on:

• Court of Protection Applications – including s.21A challenges, s.16 welfare matters, Local Authority work and Official Solicitor work
• Deputyships – includes both Finance & Property and Health & Welfare
• Legal Aid – including drafting Legal Aid bills, appealing Legal Aid bill reductions, Legal Help billing and general advice

            Phoebe is a proud cat-mum of 2 very energetic Bengal siblings – Ramses and Sagira.

Phoebe is also an avid gamer in her free time as it helps her to destress whilst keeping her hand-eye co-ordination and problem solving skills fresh.
