Senior Associate Solicitor
Lucy-Anne is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Court of Protection Team. Prior to joining Biscoes Lucy-Anne spent twelve years working within a local authority legal team and becoming the Principal Solicitor for Adult Social Care.
Lucy-Anne can advise on:
- Court of Protection – applications including Deprivation of Liberty (both challenges under the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards and Court of Protection applications for authorisation required in community placements) and Health and Welfare;
- Ordinary Residence - disputes between local authorities; and
- Care Act 2014 – Adult Social Care matters including Care Act Assessments.
In her spare time Lucy-Anne enjoys spending time outdoors exploring the countryside and loves a trip to the theatre.
