Kevin Richardson
Kevin is a Director and Chartered Legal Executive and the Deputy Head of the Dispute Resolution and Litigation department; he qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in June 2001 and has been working in the legal profession since 1988.
He has been at Biscoes since March 1998. He is a member of the firms Dispute Resolution Team and has a level three diploma in leadership and management which he completed in 2019. He has recently been admitted as a member of the Association of Contested Trusts and Probate Solicitors (ACTAPS) making him a specialist in contested Wills and probate disputes.
Kevin can advise on: -

- Trust Disputes including Removal of Trustee/Executor applications
- Trust of Land disputes (including disputes between cohabitees and property)
- Professional Negligence claims (particularly those involving Wills)
Did you know?
Kevin is a keen supporter of Portsmouth Football Club and enjoys all sport, watching rather than playing these days. He enjoys rock music and spending time with his family, cooking, motivational and personal development books and going to the gym.
He has a keen interest in mental health. Kevin was appointed as a Trustee and Director of Citizens Advice Portsmouth (CAP) in November 2019 and a Director and board member of Hampshire Incorporated Law society (HILS) in December 2019 and was appointed Deputy Vice President in December 2022.
