Kirsty Le Floch
Kirsty works in the Inheritance Protection team and is based at our Newport Isle of Wight office. She qualified as a solicitor in 1992.
Kirsty can advise on:
- Wills- Advising on and preparing Wills for individuals or couples.
- Lasting Powers of Attorney – advising on, preparing and registering both Property and Financial affairs and Health and Welfare Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Enduring Powers of Attorney-registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney
- Grant of Probate- applications for Grants of Probate (if there is a Will) or Letters of Administration (where someone dies without a Will).
- Administration of Deceased estates – dealing with the entire administration of the estate from date of death.
- The Management of Affairs- for vulnerable or incapacitated adults
Did you Know:
Kirsty has 3 children, including twins and a devoted Cavalier King Charles spaniel who loves to follow her everywhere. She has flown a light aircraft solo.
