Katharine works in our Portsmouth office and is an Associate in our family team. She has built up an enviable reputation in this area of the law in which she has specialised for over 20 years.

She advises on all aspects of divorce and separation. She is also able to advise on children matters that may arise following the breakdown of a relationship.

Katharine is known for her pragmatic, no nonsense approach, and as a member of Resolution she will always try and resolve disputes in a constructive and cost-effective way.

Biscoes is always keen to support the Armed Forces and as part of this Katharine regularly attends Armed Forces clinic’s and has a wealth of experience dealing with the intricacies of Armed Forces divorces.
