Jack Kelly

A recent graduate from the University of Portsmouth, obtaining his First-Class degree in Law, Jack is part of the firm’s Dispute Resolution Team. Joining Biscoes in November 2023, Jack is a new addition to the litigation team.

Whilst in the capacity of a paralegal, he is undertaking the Legal Practice Course (LPC) full-time with The University of Law.

Jack assists with, but is not limited to:

• Contested will disputes
• Inheritance Act claims
• Trust disputes, including removal of trustee/executor applications
• Trust of Land disputes (including disputes between cohabitees and property)
• Professional negligence claims (particularly those involving wills)
