Hayley Pierson

Hayley is the Compliance Manager responsible for all aspects of legal and regulatory compliance for the firm. Hayley is also a qualified solicitor qualifying in 2011 and has over 24 years of experience in compliance. She has worked within the legal sector for 8 years. Hayley joined the firm in 2024 and acts as the firms Data Protection Officer.
