Holly Aitken

Holly is a solicitor in our Children and Social Services Department, operating from our Devon and Cornwall office, located in Devon’s heritage town of Tavistock. Holly is also a member of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) committee.

Holly is fervent about helping people through the most stressful and emotive times, dedicated to providing her clients with the greatest legal representation.

Holly works tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients and, as such, has received many great client reviews, referring to her commitment, strong legal knowledge, empathetic approach, and personable service that she provides to each and every client.

Holly is multi-disciplined. As our military veteran with over 18 years' experience in the Royal Navy, Holly can also advise on Court Martial matters:

• Court Martial (privately paying or under Armed Forces Criminal Legal Aid Authority) – Defending service personnel accused of criminal and/or disciplinary offences

Holly continues to actively support the Armed Forces community, whether it’s offering services and support, or participating in charitable events. One of the many benefits for Holly is being situated on the Southwest coast, where there is an abundance of military connections.

Holly likes to remain active in her spare time. Be it wild camping across Cornwall, searching for the best SUP beach, or horse riding in Devon, you will inevitably find her enjoying time with her family in the great outdoors. So far, her favourite beach to visit is Carbis Bay Beach.
