About Emma

Emma has 20+ years of experience working in secretarial/assistant and paralegal roles in residential conveyancing with some knowledge also in assisting with new build/plot properties.  Emma is currently on her last Level 6 module of the Licensed Conveyancer Court and hopes to have completed her last exam in Spring 2025 with a view to applying for her first qualifying License in Spring 2026. 

Expertise

Emma currently assists David Clarke (a Licensed Conveyancer himself) in our Lake House Office and offers valuable and accurate assistance to him in all areas of Residential Conveyancing, sales, purchases, Transfers and Re-mortgages, including:- drafting and preparing sale contract packs, reporting on mortgages, preparing and co-ordinating exchanges and completions with all accounts duties, including registration of transactions for stamp duty purposes and Land Registry Registrations in the normal course of a conveyancing assistant/para legal’s role.                                                 

Did You Know?

Emma likes to keep fit and likes running, having completed many half marathon events in recent years.  She also loves watching Netflix and listening to a wide range of music ranging from Elvis and Tina Turner,  to Take That and One Direction!  She could be Gary Barlow’s No1 admirer too
