Charlie Sherwood

Charlie is a trainee solicitor currently working within the Inheritance Protection Team.  He works primarily at the firm’s Newport office.

Under the supervision of Kirsty Le Floch, Charlie can advise on:

• Wills- Advising on and preparing Wills for individuals or couples.
• Lasting Powers of Attorney – advising on, preparing and registering both Property and Financial affairs and Health and Welfare Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Enduring Powers of Attorney-registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney
• Grant of Probate- applications for Grants of Probate (if there is a Will) or Letters of Administration (where someone dies without a Will).
• Administration of Deceased estates – dealing with the entire administration of the estate from date of death.
• The Management of Affairs- for vulnerable or incapacitated adults.
